“I reached out to Nick in complete desperation. With just a little over a weeks notice, Nick and his team agreed to take on this last minute catered wedding. It had to be very limited due to COVID-19 protocols and health issues with ill family members. Nick stayed in constant communication with me every step of the way. Sending me multiple menu options based around our budget. The day of the wedding, Nick and his team went straight into action and executed the dinner flawlessly. All of the food was presented as a work of art. Delicately placed was every detail of the ingredients making it very pleasing to the eye. Nick followed all health precautions, and kept his distance throughout the whole event until he was needed. No one had to ask them for more food, they knew exactly where to be and when to be there. They arrived slightly ahead of schedule really putting the bride at ease. They set up the food as if this home was a venue they work at every day, and they cleaned up and packed out without anyone even noticing or taking away from that special day. I am a certified wedding/event planner and I am completely at a loss of words on how professional and compassionate Nick and his team were for this extremely emotional day.
