Private dining

  • Events are tailored to your group with a minimum of 8 guests

  • Menus are seasonally driven, and customized for your event and guest needs/allergies

  • Menus range from 3 to 10 courses

  • Our Chef and team prepare the meal in your home, right in front of you and your guests

  • Customized events, such as weddings, company parties, and team building events are our specialties

  • We’re a full “turn-key” service, providing all equipment, refrigeration, dinner linen, glassware, china and silverware. Extra rentals are avaiable if needed as well

  • Private events are primarily based in the DFW area. Out of state/country events are available, please inquire for specifics

Food & Beverage Consulting

  • Irreverent Concepts specializes in food & beverage operations and concept development, bringing 20+ years experience in high-end venues

  • Menu design and development, including recipe creation and training

  • Cost analysis and budget development for all areas of your operation

  • Staff training, informational manuals, recipe binders, and standard operating procedures

  • Introduction to local vendors and providers, high-end purveyors, and staple distributors

cooking classes

  • Follow along as the chef hosts live cooking demos via Zoom, Teams or Webex (We can host classes for guests anywhere in the world)

  • Dishes utilize everyday ingredients that transform into easy at-home meals

  • We’ll supply you with recipes ahead of time so you have time to shop for your ingredients

  • Demos are fully interactive for you and your guests and questions are encouraged

  • Classes can be taught in person, at home, or in office
